I’m trying to back to my old weight. I use to be a fairly good runner and thats how I would stay in shape. I got off my routine and gained quite a bit of weight. I exercise usually at minimum an hour a day. I run about everyother day with eliptical machines in between. I’ve noticed that i haven’t really been hungry after working out, even after not eating for about five hours.
