Hello, I have a problem I need to be ready to run 1 mile in 11 minutes in 3 weeks, and then 1 1/2in about 6 weeks. I have never been a strong runner and when I was younger I would run 3 miles everyday in the corps, now that I am 35 and don’t run as much I seem to be having trouble building up my enduurance I am still active playing softball and b ball. But it just seems now that after the first half mile I am very winded and my whole lower half body is beat up.
